There is Level 1-3 and in each Level a sacred initiations called "attunements" is given to the student, which opens up the chakras and meridians (energy centers and channels), cleanse the subtle body, release limiting beliefs and prepare to channel Reiki Healing Energy
The Usui Reiki system of healing is a wonderful way to access the natural healing powers within.
During a Reiki healing you can experience how blockages will clear and experience more balance and clarity.
Reiki can reprogram your subconscious mind allowing you to release any limiting or self-defeating thoughts and feelings empowering you to reconnect to your true essence
Through a holistic approach the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies are addressed. In the Reiki philosophy we believe to strengthen the capacity of your own healing potential.
During a treatment you can feel deeply loved and nurtured while the Reiki heals on deeper energetic & somatic levels. At the end of the treatment, a person is usually extremely relaxed and clear.

I have guided hundreds of clients through 1:1 Reiki Healings and Coaching Sessions. As a certified Reiki Master and Feminine Energy Coach, I bring years of experience and a unique blend of modalities to support your journey.
Over the past years I altered the direction of my life by stepping away from a corporate marketing career within the beauty industry to embrace a new path of service through Coaching and Healing.
My depth of vision expanded after battling with depression and anxiety following a big loss. The wisdom I found through the darkness I now form the foundation of my work. I combine studies in modern neurobiology, holistic healing tools, psychology and coaching with the wisdom of ancient spiritual teachings such as Tantra Yoga, Ayurveda, and of course Reiki.
Originally from Switzerland, I offer sessions in both German and English, creating a safe and inclusive space for all.
