Self Love

Self-love is the foundation of feeling worthy and trusting in yourselves and the world around you. Self love is a practice that connects you to the core of who you are. It invites you to honor your needs, embrace your imperfections, and align with your truth.

This inner transformation doesn't stop with us—it ripples outward, shaping how we show up in relationships, how we contribute to our communities, and how we inspire others to embrace their worth. When we truly embody self-love, we not only shift our inner world but also elevate the collective energy of those around us.

The intention for this practice is to take the time to nurture whatever it is you need. It’s a gentle practice of tuning in, listening to your inner voice, and giving yourself the care you truly deserve. Whether it’s dancing around, being silly and celebrating all parts of you, if it´s allowing yourself to crumble and holding yourself through it, or simply a moment of stillness. Honoring your needs.


Honey Pot Practice

The Honey Pot is one of the simplest and yet most powerful practices. 

(Explanation Pre-Practice) 

For the practice you can be lying down somewhere comfortable like your bed or on a yogamat, you can also be seated if you prefer. Make sure you have privacy.

You're going to visualize a pot full of honey and you're going to fill it with all of the qualities that you most for you. This can be vibrancy, aliveness, health, juiciness. 

You're going to put those qualities into the honey and to mix them up. 

I will guide you through step-by-step in a process where you are going to bring this honey into all of your different sexual organs and your whole sexual area letting it become vibrant and buzzing and alive with these qualities that you most desire. 

On a physiological level this enhances your ability to connect to your sensitivity in your whole sexual area. It enhances the mind-body connection.

The more that you pay attention and bring Focus to a certain area, the more your brain recognizes: “This is an important part of me. I'm going to sensitive I'm going to pay attention to that area.”

A couple of troubleshooting tips:

if you've had any organs removed medically, you can connect with the Energy of the organs.

Being able to visualize and imagine your sexual organs, even if you can't really see them helps you to build incredible sexual sensitivity. 

It can enhance your sexual experience as you get really sensitive and connected to yourself. 

It might be a challenge at first, if you have never felt your cervix, just give it a try to feel into where it might be located. 



Something that might help is this: 

1)find your belly button 

2)make a triangle with your fingers. Your thumbs and your index fingers are connecting. 

3) Place your thumbs together at your belly button, you're going to let the triangle drop over your lower belly.

4) Right about where your index fingers land is the center of your uterus

(many women have a dropped uterus, then that might not be the exact location)

5)where your small fingers lands is about the location of your ovaries.
This can help your during the Practice to feel the location. 



You can do this as a standalone practice.
